Manorcrest Homes are excited to release our next phase of NEW HOMES at MANOR VIEW in Woodhall Spa. Our new development has seen great success with Phase 1 and 2 sold out and PHASE 3 newly released. This new phase will include 2, 3 & 4 bed houses, bungalows and apartments over the whole site. All sympathetically built in keeping with this traditional village aesthetic, yet with all the modern features you would expect from Manorcrest Homes and new build properties.

Phase 3 offers circa 85 properties. This will combine a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached homes plus apartments. The Manorcrest family have been working hard to continue bringing something new and exciting to Woodhall Spa. We are extremely proud of our designs and quality standards worked too. We continue to have our long serving, trusted site teams and tradespeople working with us, who we are extremely proud of.

Our Show Home and Sales Office will be open Tuesday and Wednesdays weekly from 8.30am to 5pm and arrangements can be made with our Sales Staff to view during these times. Alternatively Estate Agents Pygott & Crone can be contacted for viewings outside these days.
